LEAN Process Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Train and consult production department employees on LEAN processes;
• Initiate necessary actions for problem solving;
• Support production department team in identifying, developing and implementing new ideas;
• Coordinate follow-up meetings with production department employees to ensure efficiency of LEAN processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree (Management/Engineering);
• Perfect knowledge of LEAN processes and methodics;
• Work experience of implementing LEAN processes in production company;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills;
• Proactive, results oriented and initiative.
